Game faces are those super cool images that you see inside of all the occupied squares on the game board. They identify you to your competition. To create your own game face, first you have to purchase a deal. After you’ve filled out all of your personal and payment information, you will be taken to the game face page. On the left hand side of this page, just click the “Choose File” button under the heading “Upload a New Image.” From here, you will be taken to all of your computer files and the rest is up to you! You can choose any picture on your computer to be your game face – just please keep it clean, Squarzheads!

Choose your square(s) on the deal’s game board, and then just click “Buy Deal.” You’ll know a square is up for grabs if no one else’s game face is on it.

Yup! If you see a prize that you’re dying to try to win, but the deal isn’t that appealing to you, don’t worry – we got your back. We call this our Alternate Method of Entry. Pretty much, it just means that you enter yourselves into a tiny sweepstakes to win the prize, but your chances are the same whether or not you buy the deal. There’s a link above every game board that will take you through this process.

It depends. We decide on the maximum number of deals to be sold before the deal runs, and once that number is reached, you will not be able to buy a square on that game board. But it’s most likely that there will be more than enough squares for everyone who wants one! And in that case, as soon as one board fills up, another empty one will automatically begin.

Sometimes we limit the number of squares you can purchase because of a merchant’s request. But usually, we limit the number of squares each person can purchase so that everyone can get an equal shot at winning the bigger prize! (Especially when it's free...we're not that easy). It’s more fun that way anyway.

Yep! Once enough users buy the deal (we decide on this number ahead of time) the deal is on! It doesn’t matter if the board is completely full, or half empty – or, as we say at Squarz, half full.

Every Squarz deal is linked to a sports game that decides the winner of each deal’s game board. So the deal closes as soon as the game to which it’s linked begins. All it really means is that the deal you’re looking at isn’t available to buy anymore, but if you’ve already bought a square for that deal – the real fun starts. After the deal closes, you can watch the board update live to reflect the game’s changes and see how close you are to becoming the winner!!

For an online deal, your downloaded voucher will have a code on it. And, when you visit the merchant’s website, all you have to do is enter that code during your checkout process. For a regular deal, just bring a hard copy of the voucher with you to the merchant and show it to them. Cell phone apps coming soon!

Vouchers are available to download and use as soon as you finish your purchase. Or, if the offer is free, your voucher will be available as soon as you finish choosing your square on the game board, and proceed with all of the on-screen instructions of course.

Your voucher is availabe immediately! All you have to do is go to the “My Account” page on the Squarz site, and click the “My Dealz” tab on the left. This will take you to your list of purchased vouchers ready to be used. 

Unfortunately, if your voucher expires, it’s no longer valid for use.

Once the designated game is officially final, an email will be sent to everyone with winning squares. The Squarz game board(s) will also switch to the “Post Game” state of the Squarz experience, announcing the winner(s). From each of these boards, winners can claim prizes, fellow Squarzmates can see who won and anyone who was a participant can download their savings voucher as well as share the moment with friends and family.
If you're a winner, in your email you’ll see a special link to click on to claim your prize. Once you claim your prize, that information is sent to the merchant to process and ship you your prize. Alternatively, you can login to and go to the “My Account” page on the Squarz site, and click the “My Dealz” tab on the left. This will take you to your list of purchased vouchers. Then, just click “Claim Your Prize,” next to the winning deal voucher.

Every square ALWAYS has a 1 in a 100 chance of winning! But, for some deals, you can purchase more than 1 square, which increases your chances of winning by 1% every time!

Squarz does not handle or process any returns. You can always contact the supplier of the item to see if you can work something out. But no returns can be made through squarz.com.

We sure hope this never happens. But if the package arrives damaged, be sure to note the damage with the delivery service or refuse the shipment. Also, you can contact the merchant that was offering the prize. If all else fails, give us a shout at contactus@squarz.com

If either of those two things happen, just give us a shout out at help@squarz.com or fill out our contact form, found when you click “Contact Us” at the top of the Squarz website. We’ll take care of it.

When you’re at our “Sign In” Page, there are two links right below the fields to enter your Username and password. All you have to do is click on the respective link regarding either your forgotten username or forgotten password. You will be taken to another page that asks for your email address. Just fill this out, and you’re done! We’ll take care of the rest and shoot you an email as soon as we can with your lost information.

You can absolutely advertise on Squarz, and the best part about this is all you have to do is get a square! Once you purchase a deal or get a free deal, your square is yours to do as you please. So go ahead, advertise! Make your game face whatever you want that best depicts your company, and then once you’ve gotten the deal, just click on your new square to add whatever information you'd like.
